We will do our best to process your request as soon as possible and contact you regarding your request. Usually you will receive information about your request on the same day.
Mistakes can of course happen. If you have made a mistake regarding the size of the package, or even the medication, please contact us so that we can correct the request.
As soon as we receive your request we will check if your product is in stock and you can pick it up immediately. Otherwise we order the desired product from our wholesaler, and usually receive it the same day. Our staff will inform you as soon as your order has arrived and you can pick it up.
Sometimes an error may occur when submitting your request. In this case, simply contact us by phone regarding your request and we will check our system to see if we have received your request and inform you about the status.
As soon as you have been informed that your order is now ready for collection, you can come and pick up your products at any time during our opening hours. You can find our opening hours on our website.
If your order is ready to be picked up, you can simply pick it up under the name under which you placed the order in our pharmacy during opening hours.
